Kate Middleton Banned From Eating Potatoes... Royal Orders
As a member of the British royal family, Kate Middleton, the wife of Prince William, must follow many rules that may seem strange to many.
One of the strangest of these rules is the inability of the Duchess of Cambridge to eat potatoes.
The Duchess of Cambridge has been praised by royal fans for her poise, elegance, always acting like a perfect princess, and her down-to-earth personality that made her a future queen.
And despite her privileges, the Duchess of Cambridge is also bound by a long list of royal rules that she must follow.
From banning selfies to bedtime etiquette, there are many strange commands that Middleton must follow, one of the strangest being that the Duchess of Cambridge is not allowed to eat potatoes, according to former royal chef Darren McGrady.
McGrady worked at Buckingham Palace as a royal chef from 1982 to 1993, telling the Telegraph: "No fries, rice or pasta for dinner."
However, other reports have suggested that Middleton is a fan of pasta, and even made it at home, when celebrating the fifth birthday of her middle daughter, Princess Charlotte, in 2020.
