The UAE activates the decision to grant golden residency to doctors residing on its precious land

 


Within the framework of the directions of the UAE government towards enhancing its competitiveness as a preferred global destination for work, living and study, an incubator environment for distinguished competencies, and a stimulus for scientific excellence and appreciation of talents living on its land, the "Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship- ICA" launched a series of golden residency services that included granting golden residency to all doctors residing in the country and inviting them to apply for golden residency, which grants them and their families a 10-year long residency.

Granting golden residency to all doctors residing in the country and their families is an embodiment of the positive spirit of citizenship undertaken by the UAE government. It is also an appreciation for the efforts of the heroes of the first line of defense who contributed effectively within the efforts made by the state in confronting the Covid-19 pandemic, to preserve the safety and health of society.

This initiative also reflects the forward-looking vision of the wise leadership to provide the country with distinguished medical competencies, give it stability, and provide a stimulating climate for creativity and innovation that supports the country's pioneering trends.
