4 habits destroy the skin .. from sleep to make-up




Some daily habits, practiced by women, cause the destruction of the skin and the appearance of wrinkles and spots, which makes it look older even with proper hydration.

The Italian "Page" website reviews a report on matters that it is recommended to stop, to avoid premature aging of the skin:

1. Not using sunscreen


The sun is one of the main enemies of the skin. It causes the skin to age, making it drier, less vibrant and in the worst cases, spots and wrinkles.

For this reason, it is important to put sunscreen daily, even in winter, by choosing an SPF of 30 or 50.

2. Washing the face with the wrong cleanser:


Using the wrong cleanser to wash the face is one of the major mistakes that cause skin aging. This is because when the cleanser is not suitable for the skin, the skin is exposed to excessive pressure and dries out. 

Therefore, you should choose the appropriate type for your skin type and is intended only for cleaning the face, with morning and evening use.

3. Removing make-up with wet wipes:


Removing make-up properly is one of the essential steps for healthy, fresh skin. Despite the advantages of wet wipes for removing make-up, which are convenient and quick to use, they are not recommended, because they do not completely remove cosmetics from the skin, but rather remove only the surface layer of them and leave impurities on the face that contribute to skin aging. 

Therefore, it is recommended to replace makeup wipes with micellar water for the face, eyes and lips.

4. Sleeping while face is down on the pillow:

One of the information that many women may not know is that the way we sleep can cause wrinkles to appear on the face prematurely, including sleeping with our face on the pillow. This way of sleeping, the facial skin rubs against the pillowcase causing friction that leads to premature skin aging in the long run. 

Therefore, it is recommended to avoid sleeping in this way or buy a silk pillow, soft and thin, to avoid friction.
