In February 2021, The UAE Innovates!

Since its inception, the UAE has followed a policy of reconciling modernity with originality. It was keen to innovate and break out of the norm in all its cultural and scientific fields, and in running the work of its institutions and government departments. This policy has been translated into many forums and fields. The UAE government has established various initiatives to stimulate innovation in the UAE among individuals and institutions alike! Accordingly, a specialized center was established in this regard, namely the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Government Innovation, which aims to encourage a culture of innovation in the government sector to develop work in a manner that ensures that the UAE government becomes among the most innovative and renewed governments in the world. In addition, the "UAE Innovates 2021" was created with the aim of elevating the previous goals and working to achieve them.

The "UAE Innovates 2021" begins in February of each year, and its activities will be held this year from 21 to 27 February 2021. The "UAE Innovates 2021" attracts both government agencies and national and international private sector companies alike, as well as educational institutions. Among the educational institutions, the UAE University announced its participation in the "UAE Innovates 2021" Week, by launching and implementing innovative and qualitative initiatives and ideas at the state level.

It is worth noting that the UAE University is always keen to create an incubating environment for innovation, creators, distinguished people, and qualified cadres in vital areas to support diversification and economic growth, and to attract exceptional minds and talents to be permanent partners in the development process in the UAE.
