Emirati-Moroccan relations: strong and historical relations

The beginning of the Emirati-Moroccan relations was during the era of the late parents, King Hassan II, and the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, since the establishment of UAE in 1972, and Morocco, led by the late Hassan II at the time, was the first to support.

Since that date, relations between the two countries have known a kind of privacy and cohesion mixed with strength and continuity, under the rational patronage of the children, the Moroccan King Mohammed VI, and the President of the UAE Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The two leaders were keen to develop and strengthen the relations of the two brotherly countries, at various levels, through reciprocal visits, whether official or personal. Not to mention the successive meetings and meetings of officials of the two countries in the fields of economy, politics, security, justice, justice and other vital areas.

The leadership of the two countries has a strong desire to enhance mutual cooperation and increase the bilateral partnership between the two countries.

On the economic level, for example, UAE ranks first in terms of the volume of Arab investments in t Morocco. Likewise, judicial, security and military cooperation between the two countries has a history of nearly two decades.

The humanitarian field is strongly present in bilateral relations, as UAE has participated in several health projects in Morocco, including Sheikh Zayed Hospital in Rabat.

UAE  stands with  Morocco, supporting its territorial integrity and sovereignty over the southern provinces, since the Green March to liberate the Sahara from the Spanish occupation.
